Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation
With the desired advance notice, in order to guarantee a date, the RESERVATION is made by the client with payment of 20% of the budgeted amount.
If the customer has not made the RESERVATION deposit, the date is available to other people and the amounts are subject to change.
Only by paying the RESERVATION does the customer guarantee the date, time and value of the tour.
Confirmation
With up to 48 hours for the tour, CONFIRMATION is made and payment of the remaining 80% of the budgeted amount is mandatory.
Postponement
Within 48 hours of the tour, it is possible to transfer it to a new date available in the agenda, without losing the RESERVATION.
With less than 24 hours, a fine of 50% of the tour value is charged for rescheduling to a new date.
Cancellation
With up to 72 hours for the tour, the customer can cancel the departure and the 20% reservation will be refunded.
With less than 48 hours for the tour, CANCELLATION will result in the loss of the reservation (20%).
With less than 24 hours for the tour, CANCELLATION will result in the loss of the tour value.
Breakdown
CANCELLATION of the tour may occur due to adverse climate and mechanical problems and the provider will try to make similar equipment available or the full value of the tour will be refunded.
